LIVE! ART Experience Booth Sponsor $2,500

Folsom Live 2008 will feature Live Interactive Art Experiences with the
crowds. As a sponsor, your contribution will provide a booth location that
will be associated with one of the 10 bands.
Each location will consist of a booth display, featuring the sponsors
business with a custom designed Art Experience using the businesses
“tools of the trade” to create the actual art piece. Pre-selected paint colors
(based on the style of music), a blank canvas, sponsor marketing materials
and two hosts that will be encouraging patron participation and providing
instructions as well as promoting the sponsor. As patrons enjoy a particular
band, they will be participating in a “one color, one stroke” activity, and
creating their mark on the canvas.
As the band draws to a close, so will each canvas. Individual canvases will
then be given to pre-selected professional artists for further enhancement
adding a musical focus and bringing the piece to a collector status.
Final canvas creations will be featured on display at sponsor locations,
photographed for Folsom Live 2009 marketing materials and auctioned to
generate funding for artist, sponsor and Chamber participation.
Signage:
• Opportunity place signage at one Interactive Art Experience area
during Folsom LIVE!
• 2 additional opportunities to place signage within the event
Promotional Opportunity :
• Sponsor’s marketing materials of choice offered at each canvas
location.
• “Tools of the Trade” featured at each location providing business
background.
• Final art displayed at each sponsor location prior to auction to drive
traffic

Recognition:
• 2 pre-recorded recognition/advertisements to be announced on the
public address systems
